With version 1.9, the OGS simulator has changed name: from PFLOTRAN-OGS to Cirrus. Cirrus-1.9 is the incremental release of PFLOTRAN-OGS-1.8. The name change will help to avoid confusion between PFLOTRAN and PFLOTRAN-OGS, which have diverged significantly in the last few years. Cirrus-1.9 introduces new key features such as modelling of temperature effects when running in full compositional mode and the Søreide-Whitson equation of state. Among various improvements, Cirrus-1.9 has better performance when running isothermal models.
